FURIA have been invited to compete at DreamHack Masters Malmö, the event's organisers have revealed.
The news brings the team count for the event to eight, with the Brazilians being the fifth side currently in the top 10 to earn an invite, following in the footsteps of Astralis, Liquid, Vitality and NRG.
This will be the second DreamHack Masters event for FURIA, who reached the semi-finals in Dallas before losing to eventual champions, Liquid.
FURIA were last seen at the Americas Minor, where they finished in second place to secure a spot in the StarLadder Major's New Challenger Stage. Later this week, the team will be in Hong Kong for the EMF CS:GO World Invitational, a winner-takes-all best-of-five clash with AVANGAR featuring $64,000 in cash prizes.
DreamHack Masters Malmö will take place from October 1-6 as part of the Malmö Game Week festival, with the playoffs being held at Malmö Arena. The team list for the $250,000 competition is now the following:
